Is Former Houston County Sheriff Captain Antonio Gonzalez a Webb Police Officer or not?

Here is the info:   Gonzalez was a Lieutenant with Dothan Police Department. He was demoted fromLieutenant to Sergeant when the failure of a police chief, John Powell ( Mike West’ most important hire that he screwed up was police chief ) demoted him to Sergeant.

When ANdy Hughes was elected as Houston County Sheriff Gonzalez was brought from the John Powell failed Dothan POlice Department to the Houston County Sheriff Department. He was skipped over everyone and made a Captain.

Then Andy left Houston County Sheriff and went to Alabama Law Enforcement Agency in MOntgomery. What Andy did not know was the head of ALEA, well he was...how do I say this??? Incapable of taking out the garbage!

Back to Gonzalez.

When Andy Hughes came back from ALEA to run for Sheriff, Gonzalez was steadily stabbing Donald Valenza in the back. Donald wore his bullet proof vest because of Gonzalez not because of the bad guys.

Days before the election Antonio Gonzalez retired from Houston County Sheriff Department. He thought Andy was going to win, but, that did not happen.

NOTE:    Donald Valenza did not fire Gonzalez. Donald showed class. Event though Gonzalez was steadily stabbing Donald Valenza in the back and chest during the campaign, Donald treated him fair and with dignity. In fact when Gonzalez retired DOnald gave him his credit entails just as every officer has gotten when he retired. Even though Gonzalez treated Donald like dog manure.

Well see, Gonzalez had more part time jobs then a porkpine has spikes. And if had worked as hard for Houston County as he did for all of the part time jobs he would have been a great Captain. But he did not.

But Gonzalez biggest part time job was loss prevention officer of Dillard’s. He was better at that job and worked harder at that job then he did as Captain with the Houston COunty Sheriff Department.

Well see Webb Police Chief Jimmy Holley hired Gonzalez as a Webb Police Officer. But he has never worked the streets of Webb as a Police Officer. The hire is a disguise to keep Gonzalez certification active.

NOTE:  Jimmy Holley is a retired Dothan Police Officer Before becoming Webb Police Chief.

But Gonzalez is working at Dillard’s as loss prevention as a Webb Police Officer. In fact Dothan Police is called to go to Dillard’s to meet Webb Police who has made an arrest of someone stealing From Dillard’s.

Recently the Mayor of Webb, whoever is the Mayor, learned of this...or that is what the listening devices of the Town of Webb overheard!

The Mayor of Webb was reported to have been overheard calling Dillard’s telling them they had no police officer with the Town of Webb named Antonio Gonzalez.

But cameras in Wiregrass Commons Mall saw Antonio Gonzalez wearing a shirt that possibly read WEBB POLICE DEPARTMENT while working at Dillard’s.

Well, we attempted to contact Alan Benefield, the god of Alabama Peace Officer’s Association ( APOST ) to find out.

Alan has a office in Montgomery but resides in Ozark.But has a state vehicle and gas to drive.

But as usual at $ 135,000.00 a year salary, a state car and expense allowance, Alan was once again playing golf.

Alan also has a difficult time reading and understanding the English language.

When Alan gets finished playing golf at the taxpayer’s dollars, and actually works, we might find out.

Or perhaps the Mayor of Webb, whoever he or she is, might can confirm if (1) Is Antonio Gonzalez a Webb Police Officer, and (2) has Webb annexed Dillard’s into the city limits of Webb?

Webb Mayor Buie confirmed that Antonio Gonzalez is not a Webb Police Officer. Mayor Buie confirmed that Gonzalez is a Webb Reserve Police Officer.

That to the Mayor’s knowledge Gonzalez has never worked a shift or made a case in the city of Webb.

Mayor Buie instructed both Dillard’s and Webb Police Chief Jimmy Holley that “if” Antonio Gonzalez is working at Dillard’s, HE IS NOT TO be in a Webb Police uniform or representing the Town of Webb in any way, shape, form or fashion.

Mayor Buie reported that if Gonzalez is in anyway representing Webb Police Department in any capacity at Dillard’s it is without authority from the Webb Police Department or the City of Webb.

Still can not find APOST DIrector Alan Benefield. At $ 135,000.00 a tear and a state car, we assume he is still playing golf somewhere. Benefield has problems reading and understanding the English language and we are unable to contact him To find out the status of Antonio Gonzalez with APOST.
