DOTHAN: At 9:16 PM... Dothan Fire and Dothan Police responded to the 1500 block of South Alice for a firearm assault. Reports are a male subject knocking on door saying his mother was shot.
When police arrived they detained the male subject and now have determined no one was shot.
The incident is under investigation at this time.
UPDATED @ 9:40 PM
One subject had outstanding arrest warrants and was given a ride to the Dothan City Jail. But no firearm assault as reported to 911.
