HENRY COUNTY:   10:10 AM.  Henry County Sheriff Communications Center dispatches emergency units to the 800 block of South County 45 to a two vehicle motor vehicle accident.


There is one confirmed fatality on the scene. The other driver was not injured.


Henry County Sheriff Deartment, Headland Fire-Rescue, Kinsey Fire, Alabama State Troopers, Henry County Coroner Derek Wright on the scene.

The victim has been identified as 78 year old Irell J. Carter of County Road 45.
