HOUSTON COUNTY:    6:06 PM.   ALEA - Troopers pulled over a vehicle on Highway 231 South near the Alabama Welcome Center.

ALEA - Trooper called for Houston County Sheriff K-9 to respond to assist in the search of the suspect vehicle.

Before deputies arrived the suspect fled on foot.

Houston County Sheriff Cpl. McKinney has placed K-9 on tracks. They are south of Highway 605.

The suspect is believed to be intoxicated.

UPDATED @ 7:00 PM... 

Houston County K-9 Justice track the suspect but lost the track near a swamp. The search was called and the suspect was not caught.
