OZARK:   9:38 AM.  Received reports Ozark Police are on the scene of a dead body.

Reports the body was found in some water near Walmart. 

Working on details at this time.

At this time details are still unknown. OZARK Police Chief Marlo’s Walker advised Investigators are working to determine what they have.

Investigators are in Stratford Place, a townhouse subdivision behind Walmart in Ozark. They are going door to door talking to residences.

As soon as Chief Walker can confirm details he will advise.

Ozark Police Chief Marlos Walker said yesterday they investigation was continuing. The name of the victim was being withheld pending notification of the family.

There are susipicious circumstances. Some of these questions might be answered through the post mortem examination which is scheduled to be conducted by the Alabama Deparment of Forensic Sciences. That will be done on Monday or Tuesday.
