VICTIM IDENTIFIED IN SUSPECTED HOMICIDE

A woman whose body was found with suspicious circumstances inside her Fort Walton Beach area mobile home is identified as 47 year old Michele Lemmo. Lemmo’s roommate at 510 Union Street Lot 7 said she came home around 7 p.m. Sunday and was unable to get into the residence. After forcing her way in, she found Lemmo deceased inside.


Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office investigators are treating the death as a homicide. The Medical Examiner’s Office will conduct an autopsy to determine cause and manner of death.
