Ashley Nicole Bryan, of Fort Gaines, Georgia, passed away peacefully at her residence on August 28, 2026. She was 42 years old.
The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
Ashley was born on June 18, 1984. She was a graduate of Port St. Joe High School, where she graduated in 2002, and Florida State University, where she graduated in 2006 with a master’s degree in business.
Ashley had a deep love for the outdoors and, most of all, her family. She also adored her fur babies, who brought her great joy and companionship. She will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her parents, Stacey and Rusty Brown, Ernie and Stacy Bryan; her longtime partner, Cody Strickland; her siblings, Britton Brown (Marisa), Clint Brown, Clay Brown (Kayla), Ember Bryan, and Easton Bryan; her grandparents, Voncile Tharpe and the late Charles G. Tharpe, Ernie and Anita Bryan; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She also leaves behind her loving pets, Hazel Gray, Itty, Lou Sue, and Winnie Tuesday.
