BARBARA JOYCE FOSTER HAMILTON
DOTHAN… Barbara Joyce Foster Hamilton, a resident Dothan, Alabama, passed away Wednesday, June 04, 2025, at a Dothan hospital. She was 62.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at Wright Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Wright Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
Ms. Hamilton was born in Hollywood, Florida to the late Willie James Hamilton and Mary Jane Foster. She is a member of Cherry Street Baptist Church. She loves cooking. She enjoys growing flowers and gardening.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister Elizabeth Foster; two children, Christopher Foster and Kent Foster.
Surviving relatives include her sons, Bobby Foster (Wanda) and James Foster; her daughter, Burnell Renea Foster (Chris Lampkin); her brothers, William Clarence Foster and Phillip Foster (Sharonda); her eight grandchildren; and her one great-grandchild.
