Billy Jack “B.J.” Lisenby, age 69, passed away Friday, February 7, 2025 at Ozark Health & Rehab.
A family memorial service will be held at a later date.

B.J. was born in Munich, Germany on May 13, 1955 to Jack Wells Lisenby and Syble Roney Lisenby. He grew up most of his early years in Enterprise and graduated from Enterprise High School in 1973. B.J. obtained an Associates Degree in Electricity as well as an Associate Degree in Electronics. He was a US Navy Veteran. He was also a member of Westview Baptist Church in Enterprise.
B.J. is preceded in death by his parents; grandparents, Johnny and Lois Roney, and Arthur and Willie Lee Lisenby.
Survivors include his wife, Cathy Brown Lisenby of Dothan; and two sons, Jared Lisenby of Mobile and Cameron Lisenby (Caroline) of Satsuma.
