DOTHAN: Multiple Dothan Fire Engines responded to a report of a structure fire at 300 West Adams apartment 2. This is a house that has been converted into multi apartments. Battalion Chief Ash has command of the scene. Engine 1 and Truck Company made entry and found a fire in the kitchen of apartment 2.
Firefighters checked and evacuated everyone from all the apartments since they are all connected by the roof. Firefighters were able to located and put out the fire before it could spread.
The area at and around the fire is closed due to emergency equipment and supply line blocking the road.
