UPDATED @ 10:39 PM Motor Vehicle Accident 2600 block of Ross Clark Circle

DOTHAN: At 9:53 PM Dothan 911 Center dispatched multiple fire engines, police and EMS to a motor vehicle accident in the 2600 block of Ross Clark Circle to a motor vehicle accident.
The southbound lanes are closed at this time. The 2600 block is in front of Lowe's.
The vehicle accident involved two vehicles with reported entrappment. A ten year old child is reported to have facial injuries.
Dothan Fire Engine 2 ( Lakewood ) arrived on the scene at 9:58 Pm with Pilcher's Ambulance arriving on the scene at 10:00 PM. Emergency units report heavy damage to the vehicles involved in the accident.

Dothan Police, Dothan Fire and two Pilcher's Ambulance responded to the scene. A small passenger car struck the rear of a semi truck which was south bound on Ross Clark Circle. Unknown exactly how many were transported to the hospital. One injury was a child with facial injuries, however none of the injuries appeared to be life threatening.
Dothan Police Patrol Shift Commanders Lt Scott Long and Sgt. Jason Adkins were on the scene of the accident.
While on this scene Dothan 911 dispatched motor vehicle accident on South Oates Street and Ross Clark Circle. Dothan Patrol Commander Sgt. Jason Adkins left this scene to respond to South Oates Street accident. Dothan Patrol Lt. Scott Long remained on the scene of the accident at 2600 block of Ross Clark Circle.
At 10:41 PM Dothan Police opened the 2600 block of Ross Clark Circle.
