Brenda Sue Austin of Samson, AL, passed away at her home, surrounded by her loving family, on Thursday, August 27, 2026. She was 70 years old.
Brenda was born in Hartford, AL, on May 10, 1956. She attended the Merle Wallace Purvis Center for as long as her health permitted. Brenda always loved going to school and looked forward to spending time there. She also enjoyed going to the beach and visiting the mountains.
Brenda was preceded in death by her stepfather, Carroll Davis.
Brenda is survived by her loving and devoted mother, Juanita Davis; four siblings, Tommy Austin (Lisa), Ronnie Austin, Tammy Richard (Ron), and Donald Austin (Lisa); and several special nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
