MONTGOMERY. . .BurnaDean Wade Culbreth, a resident of Montgomery, died early Thursday morning, March 13, 2025, in the John Knox Arrowhead Assisting Living in Montgomery. She was 93.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, March 16, 2025, in the Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery, near Columbia, Alabama, with Reverend Don Tew officiating. The family will receive friends following the graveside services. Holman-Headland Mortuary & Cremations is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Culbreth was born and reared in Houston County, Alabama, between Columbia and Webb, daughter of the late Oliver S. Wade and Essie Mae Whiddon Wade. She was a graduate of Houston County High School in Columbia and later received a degree as a Registered Nurse. Mrs. Culbreth was retired from the State of Alabama as a Registered Nurse. She was a member of Thorington Road Baptist Church in Montgomery. She formerly lived on Lake Martin but lived in Montgomery most of her lifetime. Mrs. Culbreth was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Ronald Culbreth, sisters, Faye Wade Miller and Ann Wade, and brothers, Edward Wade, Otho Wade, Elton Wade and Malcolm Wade.
Surviving relatives include her daughter, Lorri Culbreth Cole (Richard), Pike Road, Alabama; three sons, Ronald Wade Culbreth, Jacksonville, FL; Wendell Culbreth (Rhonda), Shalimar, FL; and Rodney Earl Culbreth (Paige), Andalusia, AL; two sisters, Dixie Wade, Winder, GA; and Sue Wade, Dothan; a brother, Ray Wade (Mary), Birmingham; sisters-in-law, Sara Wade, Webb, AL; and Ruby Wade, Montgomery; grandchildren, Jesse Culbreth (Brittany), Taylor Culbreth (Hailey), Shane Culbreth (Hannah), Brittnay Beckwith Culbreth (Nick), Josh Culbreth, Will Roberts and Tyler Tipton; thirteen great-grandchildren.
