HOUSTON COUNTY:
HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT-CRIMINAL COURT JUDGE BENJAMIN LEWIS: Each morning has initial appearances. These are people who have not made a bond. They are required to be seen by a Judge or Magistrate within 48 to 72 hours of their arrest. Judge Lewis follows the law; even when on holiday he or another Judge comes to the Houston County Jail for initial appearances.

HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT-CRIMINAL JUDGE BENJAMIN LEWIS:
Has District-Criminal with 32 cases ranging from Tampering W/Evidence,
Possess/Receipt Cont, Trafficking, Transmitting Obscene and Electronic Solicitation
of Child. He also has Domestic Relations with 3 cases for Protection from Abuse.
In District-Civil he has 1 case for Unlawful Detainer.
HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY CIRCUIT-CRIMINAL JUDGE CHRISTOPHER K
RICHARDSON: Has District-Criminal he has 21 cases ranging from Possess
Marijuana 2nd, Burglary 3rd, Giving False Name to Police, Fraud Use Credit/Deb
Card and Use/Possess Drug Par. He also has Circuit- Criminal with 87 cases
ranging from Theft of Property 2nd, Posses/Receive Cont, Rec Stolen Prop 2nd,
Elderly Abuse and Neglect 2nd and Attempt to Elude.
HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY CIRCUIT-CRIMINAL JUDGE KEVIN MOULTON:
Has District-Criminal with 2 cases for Possess/Receipt Cont, Obstruct Justice. In
Circuit-Criminal he has 124 cases ranging from Arson 1st, Break/Enter Vehicle,
Theft of Property 3rd, Possess Forged Instr, Robbery 2nd and Assault 2nd.

HONORABLE HENRY COUNTY DISTRICT-CRIMINAL JUDGE SPENCER DANZEY: Has
Traffic with 351 cases ranging from DUI, Speeding, Fail to Yield Emergency, Move
Over Law Violation, Failure to Wear Safe and No Child Restraint. In District-Criminal
he has 87 cases for Trafficking-Marijuana, Rec Stolen Prop 2nd, Possess
Marijuana , Theft of Property 2nd.
