HOUSTON COUNTY:
HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT-CIRIMINAL COURT JUDGE BENAJMIN H LEWIS: Each morning has initial appearances. These are people who have not made bond. They are required to be seen by a Judge or Magistrate within 48 to 72 hours “of their arrest”. Judge Lewis follows the law even when on holiday he or another Judge comes to the Houston County Jail for the initial appearances.

HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT-CRIMINAL COURT JUDGE BENJAMIIN H LEWIS: Has District-Criminal with 30 cases ranging from Use/Possess Drug Par, Assault 1st, Attempt to Elude Police, Rec Stolen Prop 2nd and Discharge Gun into Occ BLGD/Vehicle. In also has Domestic Relations with 10 cases for Protection from Abuse. In District-Civil he has 7 cases for Unlawful Detainer.
HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY CIRCUIT-CRIMINAL COURT JUDGE KEVIN MOULTON: Has District-Criminal with 14 cases ranging from Theft of Property 3rd, Possess/Receipt Cont, Possess Marihuana 1st, Trafficking-Methamphetamine, Use/Possess Drug Par, Escape 1st and Resisting Arrest. He also has Circuit-Criminal with 101 cases ranging from Forgery 2nd, Obstruct Justice-False Ident, Break/Enter Vehicle, Possess Marijuana 2nd, Use/Possess Drug Par, Sorna Viol and Burglary 1st.

HONORABLE HENRY COUNTY CIRCUIT-CRIMINAL COURT JUDGE HENRY D “BUTCH” BINFORD: Has Traffic with 1 case for DUI. In Circuit -Criminal with 28 cases ranging from Possess/Receipt Cont, Possess Cont Subs-Intent Distribution, Tampering W/PHYS Evidence, Attempt to Elude Police and Resisting Arrest.
