HOUSTON COUNTY:
HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT-CRIMINAL COURT JUDGE BENJAMIN LEWIS: Each morning has initial appearances. These are people who have not made bond. They are required to be seen by a Judge or Magistrate within 48 to 72 hours “of their arrest”. Judge Lewis follows the law even when on holiday he or another Judge comes to the Houston County Jail for the initial appearances.

HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT– CRIMINAL COURT JUDGE BENJAMIN LEWIS: Has District-Civil with 3 cases for Unlawful Detainer. In Domestic Relation he has 5 cases for Protection from Abuse. In District-Criminal he has 23 cases ranging from Sorna Violation, Drug Trafficking, Discharge Gun into Occ BLDG, Assault 1st and Escape 3rd.
HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY CIRCUIT-CRIMINAL COURT JUDGE HENRY D “BUTCH” BINFORD: Has Circuit-Criminal with 7 cases for Incest X 4, Porn-Producing W/Minors, Rape 2nd and Sexual Abuse 2nd. He also has Domestic Relations with 1 case for Contested Divorce.
HENRY COUNTY:
HONORABLE HENRY COUNTY CIRCUIT- CRIMINAL COURT JUDGE R TODD DERRICK: Has Domestic Relations with 6 cases for Petition to Modify X 3, Contested Divorce X 2, Contempt/Rule NISI. In Circuit-Criminal with 3 cases for Capital Murder- Vehicle from Outside, Capital Murder-Kidnap and Capital Murder-Robbery. He also has Circuit-Civil with 5 cases for Quiet Title Land Bant, Fruits of Crime FORF, Real Property, Negligence General and Other CV Case.
