HOUSTON COUNTY:
HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT-CRIMINAL COURT JUDGE BENJAMIN LEWIS: Each morning has initial appearances. These are people who have not made a bond. They are required to be seen by a Judge or Magistrate within 48 to 72 hours “of their arrest”. Judge Lewis follows the law even when on holiday he or another Judge comes to the Houston County Jail for initial appearances.

HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT-CRIMINAL JUDGE BENJAMIN LEWIS: Has Traffic with 85 cases ranging from Driving W/Revoke, Failure to Register vehicle, Drive W/Suspended, DUI and Speeding. He also has District=Criminal with 161 cases ranging from Theft of Property 4th, Receiving Stolen Pro, Harassment, Mischief 2nd and Reckless Endangerment.
HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY CIRCUIT-CIVIL JUDGE HENRY D “BUTCH” BINFORD: Has Circuit-Civil with 2 cases for Negligence-General. Contract/EJMNT/SEIZU.
HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT-CRIMINAL JUDGE M JOHN STEENDLAND III: Has Circuit-Criminal with 142 cases ranging from Break/Enter Vehicle, Obstructing Govt Operations, Fales Reporting with Police, Resisting Arrest, Possess/Receipt Cont and Possess marijuana 2nd. In District-Criminal he has 13 cases for Promote Prison Cont, Possess Marihuana 1st, Retail Theft 2nd, Escape 2nd and Possess/ Receipt Cont.
HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY CIRCUIT-CRIMINAL JUDGE LARRY K ANDERSON: Has Circuit-Criminal with 6 cases or Criminal Trespass 3rd, Public Intoxication X 2, Use/Possess Drug Par, Resisting Arrest and Dom Violence 3rd- Assault.
HENRY COUNTY:
HONORABLE HENRY COUNTY DISTRICT-CRIMINAL COURT JUDGE SPENCER W GANZEY: Has Child Support with 11 cases for INTR Act Under UIFSA, Child Support Case X 2, Child Support JUDMT, Contempt/Rule NISI X 4 and Petition to Modify X 2.
