HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT-CIVIL COURT JUDGE BENJAMIN LEWIS: Each morning has initial appearances. These are people who have not made bond. They are required to be seen by a Judge or Magistrate within 48 to 72 hours “of their arrest”. Judge Lewis follows the law even when on holiday he or another Judge comes to the Houston County Jail for the initial appearances.

HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY CIRCUIT- CIVIL COURT JUDGE R TODD DERRICK: Has Domestic Relations with 2 cases for Answer & Waiver Dr, Petition to Modify. In Circuit-Civil he has 9 cases for Medical Malpractice, Real Property, Negligence Motor Vehicle X 5, Account Collection and Negligence-General.
HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY CIRCUIT- CIVIL COURT JUDGE HENRY D “BUTCH” BINFORD: Has District-Criminal with 2 cases for Possess/Receipt Cont, Promote Prison Contraband. In Circuit-Civil he has 1 case for Unlawful Detain Appeal.
