HOUSTON COUNTY:                                                                    

HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT-CRIMINAL COURT JUDGE BENJAMIN LEWIS: Each morning has initial appearances. These are people who have not made a bond. They are required to be seen by a Judge or Magistrate within 48 to 72 hours “of their arrest”. Judge Lewis follows the law even when on holiday he or another Judge comes to the Houston County Jail for initial appearances.

These Persons are seen via a TV screen from the jail to the courtroom.

HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT-CRIMINAL JUDGE BENJAMIN LEWIS:   Has District-Criminal with 97 cases ranging from Attempt to Elude, Use/Possess Drug Par, Retail Theft 3rd, Sell Cigarette to Minor, Public Intoxication and Fugitive from Justice. He also has Traffic with 13 cases for Speeding, Overweight Truck, DUI X 8, Open Vehicle W/O Insurance, No Motorcycle Helmet and Failure Register Vehicle.

HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY CIRCUIT- CRIMINAL JUDGE M JOHN STEENSLAND III: Has Circuit-Criminal with 134 case ranging from Robbery 1st, Possess Marihuana 1st, Possess/Receipt Controlled Substance, Sorna Violation and Assault 3rd.

HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY CIRCUIT- CIVIL JUDGE KEVIN MOULTON: Has Domestic Relations with 1 case for Petition to Modify. He  has Circuit-Civil wit for Equity Non-Damage.

HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY CIRCUIT- CRIMINAL JUDGE R TODD DERRICK: Has Circuit-Criminal with 128 cases ranging from Break/Enter Vehicle,  Theft by Deception 1st, Possess/Receipt Controlled Substance, Sex Abuse Child under 12 and  Receiving Stolen Pro.

HENRY COUNTY:

HONORABLE HENRY COUNTY CIRCUIT-CRIMINAL JUDGE HENRY D “BUTCH” BINFORD: Has Circuit-Criminal with 102 cases ranging from Trafficking, Possess/Receipt Controlled Substance, Paraphernalia Misdemeanor, Theft of Property 2nd and Trespass 1st.
