HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT-CRIMINAL COURT JUDGE BENJAMIN LEWIS: Each morning has initial appearances. These are people who have not made bond. They are required to be seen by a Judge or Magistrate within 48 to 72 hours “of their arrest”. Judge Lewis follows the law even when on holiday he or another Judge comes to the Houston County Jail for the initial appearances.

HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY CIRCUIT-CRIMINAL COURT JUDGE R TODD DERRICK: Has Circuit-Criminal with 48 cases ranging from Theft of Property 1st, Burglary 3rd (Unoccupied BLDG) Ill Possess Credit/ Deb Card, Possess of Marihuana 1st, Rec Stolen Prop 2nd and Possess/Receipt Cont.
HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY CIRCUIT-CRIMINAL COURT JUDGE LARRY K ANDERSON: Has Circuit-Criminal with 32 cases ranging from Resisting Arrest, Harassment, Combined Influence, Possess of Marijuana 2nd, Dogs Permit Run at Large and Attempt to Elude Police.
HENRY COUNTY:
