HOUSTON COUNTY:
HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT-CRIMINAL COURT JUDGE BENJAMIN LEWIS: Each morning has initial appearances. These are people who have not made bond. They are required to be seen by a Judge or Magistrate within 48 to 72 hours “of their arrest”. Judge Lewis follows the law even when on holiday he or another Judge comes to the Houston County Jail for the initial appearances.

HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT– CRIMINAL COURT JUDGE BENJAMIN LEWIS: Has District-Criminal with 23 cases ranging from Assault 1st, Retail Theft 3rd, Possess Contr Subs, Theft of Property 1st and Sorna Viol. He also has Domestic Relations with 6 cases for Protection from Abuse. He also has District Civil with 8 cases for Unlawful Detainer.
HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY CIRCUIT- CRIMINAL COURT JUDGE CHRISTOPHER K RICHARDSON: Has Traffic with 1 case for DUI. In District-Criminal he has7 cases for Possess Contr Subs X 2, Break/Enter Vehicle, Possess/Receipt Cont X 2, Attempt to Elude and Possess Marijuana 2nd. In Traffic he has 1 case for DUI.
HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY CIRCUIT-CRIMINAL COURT JUDGE KEVIN MOULTON: Has District-Criminal with 9 cases for Possess/Receipt Cont X 3, Retail Theft 1st X 2, Trafficking, Burglary 3rd X 2 and Escape 2nd.
