HOUSTON COUNTY:
HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT-CRIMINAL COURT JUDGE BENJAMIN LEWIS: Each morning has initial appearances. These are people who have not made bond. They are required to be seen by a Judge or Magistrate within 48 to 72 hours “of their arrest”. Judge Lewis follows the law even when on holiday he or another Judge comes to the Houston County Jail for the initial appearances.

HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT– CRIMINAL COURT JUDGE BENJAMIN LEWIS: Has District-Criminal with 110 cases ranging from Promote Prison Contr, Possess Contr Subs, Escape 2nd Theft of Property 2nd, Impersonate Peace Police Officer and Assault 2nd.
HENRY COUNTY:
HONORABLE HENRY COUNTY DISTRICT- CRIMINAL COURT JUDGE SPENCER W DANZEY: Has District- Criminal with 37 cases ranging from Promote Prison Contr, Trespass 3rd, Possess Marijuana 2nd, Use/Possess Drug Par and Mischief 3rd. he also has Traffic with 17 cases ranging from DUI, Reckless Driver, Open Container Viola, Speeding and No Driver’s License.
