Yesterday on Pansy Road east of Ashford I watched a man in a beat up black car dump a blue dirty blanket along side the road. Then he roared off and as I started to approach the blanket I noticed the head of a dog sticking up out of the blanket. I was able to pick up the dog. An 8 week old puppy. Emaciated, dehydrated, filty, flea infested. Skin and bones. What kind of human would do this to a living thing. I placed the dog in the Care Animal Center on West Main Street. The dog has broken teeth and a smashed leg that will need surgury. It is going to grow to be a big dog. He will need a home. I have three dogs already that are rescues and I cannot take him in. If you would like to adapt I promise you that I will take care of ALL medical bills until he is in good health. When the doctors say he is ready to live outside the hospital then you can have him. His current name is Lost at Care Animal Hospital on West 84. Or send me an email at [email protected]. Consider he will be a big dog over 100 pounds acording to Vet. I will make sure he is medically ready. How could any living human subject an animal to this brutality? I just cannot figure it out. Thank you.
