FRAUD ALERT - PART 4 (Read 1,2,& 3 first) At this point there would be no way to trace the money or get any of itback. The victim would be liable to the bank for $3000.00 and in somecases subject to possible prosecution for passing a forged instrument. The real thieves have just gotten you to cash a forged check for themand send them $2800.00 that you never really had. There are other names of companies, like "North American SweepstakesAssociation" that use a similar type of scam. It may start as "You Wona Lottery", "You Got an Award", Or "Mystery Shopper Job" where they sendyou a check. Please do not fall victim to any scams like these. JustGoogle the names of the companies and you will see where others havereceived the same scam. Gary Hudgins, Attorney
