Landmark Park is the place to be for a fun, fact-filled tour of these and other trees during a “Tree History and Identification” tour on Saturday, April 7 beginning at 9:30 a.m. A second program will be offered at 2 p.m. if the earlier class fills. Registration is required and can be made by calling the park office at 794-3452.Landmark Park volunteer Ed Lewis will begin with an introduction to tree identification at the Interpretive Center then take visitors to explore several fascinating plants found along the boardwalk. Landmark Park is a 135-acre historical and natural science park located on U.S. Highway 431 North in Dothan, Ala. For more information, contact the park at 334-794-3452.
