On Saturday, December 1st, the Alabama Cooperative Extension System, Discovery Recycling, The Ark Dothan, will offer residents the opportunity to have their unused outdated electronics recycled during a FREE Community Recycling Event. This free event aims to prevent electronics from going to landfills and other areas where it can't harm the environment. The drop-off event is open to anyone in the public including businesses. If you are unable to attend the event The Ark Dothan located at 475 West Main Street is now accepting electronic items Monday thru Saturday.
