HEADLAND. . .Daly Solomon Lynn, a resident of Headland, passed away early Monday morning, January 26, 2026. She was 78.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, January 28, 2026, in the Headland Methodist Church with Reverend Clay Lassiter officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 A.M. Wednesday in the Zona Gayle Baxter Family Life Center. Burial will follow in the Headland Methodist Cemetery. Holman-Headland Mortuary & Cremations is in charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Headland Methodist Church Cemetery Fund, 103 West King Street, Headland, AL 36345.
Daly Lynn was a lifelong resident of Headland, daughter of the late Jim Daly Solomon and Lucile Jarvis Solomon. She was a 1965 graduate of Headland High School and received a B.S. Degree from Troy University. Daly was a member of the Headland Methodist Church. She was self-employed as the Co-Owner and Operator of Window Magic in Headland. Daly was preceded in death by a daughter, Jarvis Ann Lynn.
Surviving relatives include her husband, Phillip B. Lynn; a daughter, Phyllis Lynn Johnson (Kevin), a son, James Phillip Lynn, all of Headland; grandchildren, Shelby Johnson Adams (Emery), Jim David Johnson and Phillip Richard Lynn.
