Deborah Dee Dennis Breckenridge, a resident of Dothan, Alabama died peacefully at her home after an extended illness. She was 74.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, February 20, 2026 in the First United Methodist Church Chapel with Reverend Lynn Smilie Nesbitt officiating. The family will receive friends in the parlor from 1:00pm until 1:45pm on Friday.
Deborah was born to the late Thurston and Marjorie Underhill Dennis on September 12, 1951 in West Palm Beach, Florida. She graduated from Dothan High School in 1970. After marrying her husband, Leo, she enjoyed many adventures on the water sailing. She traveled all over the world living in Tokyo, Hong Kong, and London. Her hobbies included reading, making jewelry, and playing bridge. She was an active Dothan High School Alumni. Deborah loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and was a faithful member of the First United Methodist Church for many years.
She is preceded by her parents and brother, Tim Dennis.
Left to cherish her memories is her husband of twenty-eight years, Leo Breckenridge; daughter, Melanie Ford; sister, Martha Waters (Walter); three grandchildren, Eli Turner (Paige), Will Turner (Jackie), and Maddie Ford; one great grandchild, Harrison Turner; along with many friends.
