Dennis Lee Reeder
Dennis Lee Reeder, age 78, a resident of Dothan passed away on Monday, September 15, 2025 at Emory Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia, after an extended illness.
Graveside Services will be held at 11:00am on Monday, September 22, 2025 at Big Creek Methodist Church Cemetery with Reverend Troy West officiating and Glover Funeral Home directing.
Dennis was born to the late John and Deloris Norbert Reeder on October 16, 1946 in Butler, Pennsylvania. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University. He began an extensive career with Westinghouse, known today as Siemens, retiring after fifty dedicated years. His hobbies included gardening, keeping up his lawn, an avid fixer upper, and working extensively with his tools. He loved watching football, especially cheering for his Penn State Lions in the fall. He was married to the love of his life for forty-seven years, Beverly Culbreth Reeder. He loved spending precious time with his family and was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Dennis is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Johnny Reeder and David Reeder.
Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Beverly Reeder; son, Lawrence Campbell; daughter, Andrea Campbell; three brothers, Kenneth Reeder (Debbie), Joel Reeder (Rilla), Matthew Reeder; sister, Susan Kurtz (Bill); three grandchildren, Adam Peterman, Alyssa Campbell, Andrew Hubbard; two great grandchildren, Levi Bullock and Liam Campbell; along with two nieces, and numerous friends.
