MIDLAND CITY. . .Donald Keith Henderson, a resident of Midland City, died Wednesday afternoon, October 8, 2025, in a Dothan hospital. He was 62.
A private graveside service for family and friends will be held Sunday, October 12, 2025, in the Sylvan Grove Methodist Cemetery with Reverend Michael B. Proffitt officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a favorite charity.
Keith Henderson was born in Columbus, Georgia but lived in the Midland City area all his adult lifetime. He attended Dale County High School. Keith served his country in the Army National Guard. He was a member of Sylvan Grove Methodist Church. Keith formerly worked as a Boat Captain in the marine exploration and survey industry. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Henderson.
Surviving relatives include two daughters, Stacy and Charlye, and a son, Zac; his mother, Geraldine Ackerman Henderson, Midland City; a sister, Lisa Henderson O’Neal (K.O.), Dothan; several grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
