Eddie Randy Clark, age 75, a resident of Dothan passed away on Tuesday, July 22,2025 at Southeast Health.
Graveside services will be held at 10:30am on Monday, July 28, 2025 at Clark Cemetery with Billy Snell officiating and Glover Funeral Home directing.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Clark Cemetery Fund C/O Sheila Stephens 2450 S. Brannon Stand Road, Dothan, AL 36305.
Randy was born on April 10, 1950 in Houston County to Eddie and Gladys Barton Clark. He was a lifelong resident of Houston County and a graduate of Rehobeth High School Class of 1968. He attended Wallace College and later transferred to Troy University where he obtained a Business Degree. All through college, he played baseball passionately. He enjoyed sharing of when he played baseball with his children. Randy made a career as a General Manager at Circle City Transport. He was a dedicated employee for thirty-nine and a half years. Randy’s dedication wasn’t just for work, but for everything he did. In playing baseball, loving his family and his church, Tabernacle United Methodist, where he was a member for over twenty years. His upmost passion in life was loving and caring for his wife. Even the simple day to day phone calls while he was away at work, brought a smile to his face and joy to his soul.
Randy is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Billy Joe Clark; and sisters, Janice Nell Baker, Margaret Juanita Turvin.
Survivors include his wife of thirty-eight years, Judy Clark; children, Marcus Eddie Clark (Cary), Newville, Lisa Worthy (David), Dothan, and Scott Smith (Tracey), Dothan; five grandchildren, Zoey Rae Clark, Callie Mackenzie Worthy, Kaylin Brynn Worthy, Anna Grace Smith, and Lydia Katherine Smith.
Serving as pallbearers will be Kevin Noland, Keith Baker, Vann Johnson, John Tyson, Alan Baker, and Peyton Dafne.
