The following is a telephone call from a son in college to his dad, an owner of a small business...................................Son: "Dad, I need a new credit card. The two that I have are maxed out. I also need an increase in my monthly allowance."...............................Dad: "Well son, it looks like your spending too much money and I have a budget, so I can't afford to send you any additional money each month. Have you made arrangements to cut your expenses?" ................................................Son: "No, I was going to go to spring break next week. I have planned on cutting expenses as soon as you increase my allowance and I have the new credit card, but I don't expect there to be much change until three years from now when I graduate. Then, I will have some real plans to cut my expenses."...........................(Due to space limitations go to part 2)
