I Went to a federal government website to find a particular address. After searching and searching, I decided to call and ask for the correct address. After being put on hold on a couple of different numbers, I gave up and tried later. Each time I had been put through a number of selections that had no relevance to what I was looking for. I tried the third number, and decided to answer their "survey" after the call was over. After going through several numbers, selecting one number to press, I got another set of numbers, but then if I wanted to speak to a representative, I could say, "representative". Once, I said "representative" I got another set of nubmers to select, but then... it went straight to the telephone "survey" asking all sort of questions asking about my experience with the "representative" selectiing 5, if the service was great. After another 2 minutes of rating, I finally got to say that I never got to talk to a representative. OUR GOVERNMENT IS SO SCREWED UP.

Sounds like the VA, if there are to many people calling the phone message says they are busy and hangs up on you.
