Half The Dothan Eagle missing!

Frustration lives! How many of you get about half of The Dothan Eagle on any given SUNDAY! I literally have them on speed dial. It's almost never all there! If you get lucky they might bring you a replacement on Monday. The news is always old and very Little local news and then Mama doesn't get her Sunday Salespapers. It's no wonder lots of BIG TIME Newspapers are going away. Why do we pay Big money for such sloppy service? On Sunday I feel Lucky to get half of what I'm paying for. Why do people pay to advertise when there's got to be a lot of people don't recieve what they paid for. I'm calling several times a quarter! I know this isn't my carriers fault! I get something each day, may not be all of it but I get something everyday! It may be better to buy out of a machine where you can check the contents before it slams shut. Try calling their phone on Sunday morning, you'll be on the line 5 minutes before you have a chance to leave a message. This maybe on purpose to make you quit!

How many people still read newspapers? One gets thrown in my driveway by somebody about once a week. I wish you could get that one so I wouldn't have to pick it up and throw it away. We even quit advertising in the newspaper years ago. I'm surprised they are still in business. Did you ever get any satisfaction?

Now 48 hrs later. Calls to Managing Editor Ken Tuck and Cirulation Manager Rufus Manora and still no response. I messaged everyone I could find that worked at the eagle. I only got 2 responses from Guys that actually print the paper. They were concerned but management hasn't responded at all. As for the Advertisers: How would like to know that your Company's salespapers were not getting into the homes were you paid for them to be? I'd want an audit of some kind just to know my Advertising dollars were being spent correctly. What good is cirulation if your company doesn't get what you're paying for.
