I agree with you on WOW. Since early Summer, WOW tech has been at my house about once a week. At first they said it was computer - had that checked & it was not. Did have a part replaced a week ago. I have made 3 visits in person to WOW. After staying on the phone about 1 1/2 hours this past Thursday and Friday when I had no email, made a personal visit to WOW - within 45 minutes - BINGO - service. Email went out again yesterday and could not get anyone to answer the phone. Did have the number of one of the techs & he had someone call me. Nothing but trouble with WOW - will start hunting a new internet carrier tomorrow. I am unable to find the phone number or address for the VP/GM for this area - I can see why they want information kept confidential. The CEO is located in Denver, Colorado - will be sending a letter to her stating what bad service we have in this area trying to get someone to answer the phone. Techs have been super nice - just can't get good service.
