HEADLAND… Fannie Jean Galloway, a resident of Headland, Alabama, passed away Monday morning, October 13, 2025, at Encompass Health & Rehabilitation. She was 78.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 18, 2025, at Greater Shiloh Baptist Church, with Reverend Delvick J. McKay officiating. Burial will follow in the Gates of Heaven Cemetery in Dothan, Alabama. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home & Crematory. Wright Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
Ms. Galloway was born in Headland, Alabama to the late Roy Smith and Beatrice Galloway. She attended Northside High School. She lived her entire life in the Headland, Alabama area. She loved her family to the fullest.
Along with her parents she was also preceded in death by her child, Jonathan Galloway; and her siblings, Helen Stacy Gibbs and Ike Galloway.
Leaving to cherish her memories are her daughter, Arlonna Galloway; her sons, Marvin Galloway, Bryson Galloway, Adrian Galloway (Latasha), and Andre Galloway (Nakelia); her
several grandchildren; her several great-grandchildren; and her many nieces and nephews.
