George Andrew Hungerman, age 77, passed away on Sunday, August 9, 2026.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at Leddon Cemetery with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home of Geneva, AL directing.
Mr. Hungerman was born in Martins Ferry, Ohio, to the late Earl Benard and Delora Donley Hungerman. George proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. In his spare time, he enjoyed watching football, especially his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Sandra Kay Hungerman, and one brother, Michael Gregory Hungerman.
He is survived by one daughter, Stephanie Ann Hungerman Withers (Chris); one son, George Andrew Hungerman (Joy); 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one brother, Earl Roger Hungerman (Aggie); and several nieces and nephews.
