Joe Eddie Moore, III., affectionally known as Trey, passed away Sunday, April 19, 2026, at his residence in Dothan, Alabama. He was 42 years old.
Memorial services will be held Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in the Glover Funeral Home Chapel in Eufaula with Rev. Shane Traylor officiating. Graveside services will follow the service in the Fairview Cemetery Addition with Glover Funeral Home directing. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Trey was born on December 13, 1983, in Eufaula, Alabama to Joe Eddie Moore, Jr. and Cari Whyle Moore. He enjoyed watching movies, grilling, keeping his pool in great condition, collecting artillery, his Christmas tree, and was known as a prankster that loved a good joke.
He is preceded in death by his father, Joe Eddie Moore, Jr.; paternal grandparents, Thelma T. and Joe Eddie Moore, Sr.; maternal grandmother, Bev Moody; aunt, Chrissy Golden.
Left to cherish his loving memories are his mother, Cari Moore; his daughter, that he loved more than life, Maddy Moore; aunt, Donna Cook (Jimmy); aunts, Tammy McGlamory, Teresa Garner (Danny), Tabitha DeLaney (Rob); cousins, Joely Cook Owens (Rusty), Gracie Owens, Josie Owens, Tessa Halford (Daniel), Larrissa Purswell, Bridgett Marsala (Noah), Blake Golden, Corey Gilmore, Cassie Oswalt (Dusty), Chelsie Shuler (Nathan), Cody DeLaney (Hwayun), and Tiffany Walker (Chase); two fur babies that he adored, Beauty Girl and Sophie.
