John “Bo” Arthur Savelle, age 87, resident of Dothan passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at Southeast Health Medical Hospital.
Graveside services will be at 2:30pm on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at the Dothan City Cemetery with Glover Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends from 1:00pm until 2:00pm at Glover Funeral Home.
Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions can be made to Vaughn-Blumberg Services 2715 Flynn Road Dothan, AL 36303.
Mr. John was born on January 30, 1938 in Panama City, Florida to Mr. James Savelle and Mrs. Lucille Williams Savelle. He resided at the Vaughn-Blumberg group home for many years where he was greatly loved or as some called spoiled by all of the care givers. Mr. John loved Alabama football.
Mr. John is preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his sister, Joan Irwin of Dothan and niece, Teresa P. Murdock.
