Judy Elaine (Tew) Watson, a resident of Eufaula, Alabama, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, May 29, 2026, at her residence. She was 77 years old.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the Glover Funeral Home Chapel in Eufaula with Rev. Matt Helms and Rev. Drexel Copeland officiating. The burial will follow in the Pine Level Baptist Church Cemetery in Louisville, Alabama with Glover Funeral Home directing. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Flowers will be accepted.
Judy was born on August 25, 1948, in Barbour County, Alabama to the late Edward Tew and Percy Williams. She worked as a secretary at Echo Logging Inc. She enjoyed reading, playing cards, cooking, and crocheting. She was a member of Family of God Baptist Church and enjoyed being a member of the prayer group.
She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Cathryn Tew Dykes; brother, LeDon Tew (Beverly).
Left to cherish her memories are her loving husband of 60 years, Julian Roger Watson; two sons, Craig Watson (Dawn) and Chris Watson (Felecia); two grandchildren, Brantley Williford (Alex) and River Watson; two extended grandchildren, Tyler Grace (Macey) and Marley McCauley; two great-grandchildren, Mazie and Mollie Williford; two half-brothers, Jerry Tew and Eric J. Tew; half-sister, Jan T. Allen; brother-in-law, Robert Dykes.
Asked to serve as pallbearers are River Watson, Jeffrey Dykes, Seth Dykes, Mike McDaniel, Randy Flemming, and Alex Williford.
