LORA BOWEN WOODHAMCOLUMBIA. . .Lora Bowen Woodham, a resident of Columbia, died early Sunday morning, October 14, 2018, in the Extendicare Health & Rehabilitation Center. She was 86. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 16, 2018, in the First Baptist Church of Columbia with Reverend Don Adams and Pastor Vann Cooley officiating. Burial will follow in the Columbia City Cemetery. Holman-Headland Mortuary & Cremations is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 P.M. Tuesday in the church sanctuary. Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to the Columbia Fire and Rescue, P.O. Box 339, Columbia, AL 36319. Mrs. Woodham was born in Henry County, near Columbia, daughter of the late Christopher Columbus Bowen and Eva Duke Bowen. She was a lifelong resident of Columbia where she was a member of the First Baptist Church. Mrs. Woodham was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Woodham, Sr., a granddaughter, Holly Victoria White, a great-grandson, Jacob Scott Armstrong, a son-in-law, Scott White, six sisters, Louise Alexander, Annie Mae Shelley, Addie Smith, Etta Odom, Belva Douglas and Mary Adams, four brothers, C. W. Bowen, R. J. Bowen, J. B. Bowen and Ernest Bowen. Surviving relatives include a daughter, Ceceilia White Luckie (Randall), Abbeville; a son, Jack Woodham, Jr., Montgomery; a sister, Clyde Mulkey, Columbia; four grandchildren, Paige Ingram (Jessie), Kevin White (Leshia), Brock Woodham and Bradley Woodham; four great-grandchildren, Emma Ingram, Colt Ingram, Jaye Forshee and Kayden White. Serving as active pallbearers will be Jessie Ingram, Kevin White, James Mulkey, Jeremy Armstrong, Wilson Hunter and Chris Bowen. HOLMAN-HEADLAND MORTUARY & CREMATIONS
