Linda Marie Fulton, age 78, of Dothan, Alabama, passed away on August 5, 2026. She was born on December 19, 1947.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Homer Oid Suggs and Ida Marie Hand Suggs; and her brothers, Jimmy Suggs and Buddy Suggs.

She is survived by her daughters, Connie Tisdale, Lori Barrentine (Allen), and Tonya Fulton; her sisters, Margie Williams and Sue Waln; her grandchildren, Chris Barrentine (Whittni), Chad Barrentine (Emily), Taylor Rodriguez (Byron), Dustin Tisdale (Apirada), Austin Tisdale (Natalie), and Zach Fulton (Isabella); her great-grandchildren, Cooper Barrentine, Caroline Barrentine, Conner Barrentine, Cam Barrentine, Mila Ray Barrentine, Brady Barrentine, and Bryson Rodriguez; and several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

Linda was a faithful member of New Freedom Church. Although declining health prevented her from attending in recent years, her faith remained an important part of her life. She enjoyed working and took pride in staying busy and helping others. In her free time, she loved shopping, sewing, and traveling. She was especially known for her spaghetti and homemade dumplins, meals that brought family and friends together and created lasting memories around her table.

Linda will be remembered for her kind heart, strong faith, and hardworking spirit. She loved her family deeply and treasured every opportunity to spend time with them. Her love, laughter, and the memories she created will be cherished by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 9, 2026, at Ward Wilson Funeral Home with Reverend Doug Seale officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until the service hour at the funeral home.
