Mrs. Margie Holloway Welch, age 81, of Opp, Alabama passed away Thursday, April 24, 2025 in Mizell Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Welch is survived by her son, Vann Welch & wife, Tina; daughters, Tammy Welch Buckelew & husband, Jeff, and Yvette Welch; sisters, Betty Scofield and Fay Benton; and grandchildren, Ty Buckelew & Sheena, Amanda Ellison & Jonathon, Vann Halford & Shayne, Kristen Stinson & Dustin, Jamie Lawson, Tristian Pace, Matthiew Pace and Cade Lawson; and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Welch; son, Mike Welch; brother, Johnny Holloway; sister, Sue Holloway; and parents, Merle Moulton Holloway and Willis Holloway.
Funeral services for Mrs. Margie Holloway Welch will be held at 11:00 am Monday, April 28, 2025 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Peaceful Acres Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Dwayne Seay and Aaron Hightower will be officiating.
