Molly Benton Grimes White, age 38, a precious follower of Christ, mother, wife, daughter, sister, and devoted friend went to her eternal home on Thursday, April 3, 2025.
Molly grew up in Opp, Alabama where she graduated as salutatorian of the graduating class of 2004. She went on to be a University of Alabama cheerleader and then after graduating, she continued serving the University as a top recruiter for over a decade.
Molly married the love of her life, Taylor, in March of 2010 and was blessed with two beloved daughters, Ann Grady and Mimi Taylor. Her devotion to her family was unmatched only with the love of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Molly lived her life with a sense of urgency to impact the kingdom of God in all that she did. She never let a moment pass to speak of all that the Lord had done for her! Molly’s spiritual gifts were innumerable and included the gifts of hospitality, generosity, and being a constant encourager. She taught those near her how to be intentional and to show up for each other. Molly loved all things beautiful whether it be flowers, tablescapes or the latest fashion trends. She never turned down a glass of sweet tea or missed an opportunity to say ‘i love you’. Molly’s fierce determination, constant family support, and deep reliance on the Lord is what helped to sustain her throughout her battle with cancer. She lived her last 5 years on this side of heaven with a heart of gratitude and a desire to point every person she encountered to Christ. Because of God’s saving grace and His faithfulness to His promises, Molly is now resting in the presence of Jesus and worshiping her Savior. Oh, how we rejoice in that truth!
