Obituary from Holman Funeral Home of Ozark – Ozark, Alabama

 Mrs. Estelle Overstreet Louis, a resident of Abbeville, Alabama, died Sunday, January 24, 2026. She was 90 years old.  A memorial service for Mrs. Louis will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, February 14, 2026, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home in Ozark with Reverend Charles Goldsmith officiating. Interment will be in Pleasant Hill Methodist Church Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing.

Mrs. Louis was born June 6, 1935 in Pike County, Alabama to the late Joseph Vernon Overstreet and Frankie Pearl Walker Overstreet.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Alan I. Louis; two sons, Kenneth Earl McKinney and Henry Marek; two daughters: Kathy Marie McKinney Dykes and Cindy Marek Campbell; one sister, Evelyn Overstreet Wagner; and one brother, James Overstreet. On January 26th her brother, Joseph Fredrick Overstreet died.   Survivors include, two sons, Sanford Wayne Aldridge of Gadsden and Danny Joe Marek of Tennessee;  two sisters, Eloise Lewis of Ozark and Shirley (Rodney) Faulk of Eufaula.  Sixteen grandchildren, several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews also survive.
