Mrs. Jonella Jessica Whittle of Enterprise Alabama passed peacefully at the age of 73 on Friday July 18, 2025. She leaves behind an everlasting legacy of grace and unconditional love for her family and friends.
Jonella was born on March 22, 1952 in McKees Rocks, PA to the late John and Ann Seroky. Those that were blessed with her love, knew her as a compassionate soul who lived for her family. Jonella was a ray of sunshine, lifting up those around her. She lived life fully and never missed an opportunity to tell you how much she loved you.
She loved music, dancing, and spending time with family. Her faith and devotion to God was the cornerstone of her life. Jonella’s beautiful soul served those around her with compassion, fierce loyalty, and love like no other. She was a friend, a daughter, a sister, a wife, a mother, and her favorite role of all, Grammy to her beautiful grandchildren.
Jonella is preceded in death by her parents John and Ann Seroky, maternal grandparents John and Sophie Drukalski, paternal grandparents Edward and Sophie Seroky, and sisters Mary Seroky and Dee Giessuebel.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at Bottoms Garden Chapel Funeral Home in Hartford. Burial will follow in Hartford City Cemetery under the direction of Shelby Lett of Bottoms Garden Chapel Funera Home. The family will recieve friends beginning at 1:30 p.m. until service time.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Mr. Charles Whittle, son Raimey Whittle and his wife Amanda of Dothan, AL, daughter Jessica Whittle of Newton, AL, son Jonathan Whittle and his wife Kayleigh of Hendersonville, TN, sister Elaine Garcia, brother Ron Seroky, many nephews, nieces, beloved friends, and the pride and joy of her life, her grandbabies Noah, Sophia, Nolan, and Jesella Whittle.
