Ms. Nellie (Riley) Henderson, age 102, a resident of Ozark passed away Thursday, March 27, 2025 at Oakview Manor Nursing Home.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, March 29, 2025 at East Mount Zion United Methodist Church 1500 Highway 173 Graceville, Florida.
Ms. Nellie was born on March 3, 1923 in Holmes County, Florida to James H. Riley and Mizie Ann Carnley Riley. She picked cotton in the field with her family and would give them all a run for their money about how much cotton she could pick. Ms. Nellie loved cooking and making memories with her family. She was a woman of faith and loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
She is preceded in death by her husband of fourteen years, Loyd Franklin Henderson.
Survivors include her son, Eddie Henderson (Kendra Ouellette); daughter, Joann Emmanuel (Robert); sisters, Pearlie Webb and Clarissa Cash; grandchildren, Amanda Price (John), Zachary Henderson (Richa), Joshua Lowe (Erin), Andrea Forehand (Steve) and Logan Lambert (Zachery); twelve great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
