            A C Stevens, a resident of Headland, died early Tuesday morning, February 24, 2015, at his home. He was 63.

            Memorial services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, February 26, 2015, in the Holman-Headland Mortuary Chapel with Reverend Jody Haddan officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon until 1:00 P.M. Thursday at the mortuary.

            Mr. Stevens was born in Troy and reared in Geneva, Alabama, where he lived most of his adult lifetime before moving to Headland in 2000. He was retired from Cummings Signs Inc., Dothan. In earlier years, he was employed by Reliable Metal Products in Geneva. Mr. Stevens was preceded in death by two sons, Dewayne Stevens and Chris Stevens.

            Surviving relatives include his wife, Rebecca Hendrix Stevens, Headland; a son, Tim Stevens (April), Coffee Springs, AL; two grandsons, Justin Cordle and Kalabe Stevens
