ABBEVILLE. . .Abel Lee Carter, infant son of Bobby and Tabitha Carter, of Abbeville, died Saturday, August 8, 2015, in the UAB Hospital in Birmingham.

            Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, August 14, 2015, in the Old Zion Baptist Church with Reverend Matthew Quincey officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Holman-Abbeville Mortuary & Cremations is in charge of arrangements.

            Surviving relatives in addition to the parents include, a sister, Casey Carter, and two brothers, Raylan Carter and Chase Carter; grandparents, Ricky and Sylvia Wilson, Eden, NC; and David and Tammy Sauls, Abbeville; great-grandparents, David and Mary Lou Sauls, Shorterville; James Rodgers, Ft. Gaines; and Katheren Kirkland, Dothan.
