 A.D. Chalker Jr., 88, a resident of Dothan, passed away on Friday, September 30, 2022. He was born on June 2, 1934, to the late Ambus Dewey Chalker and Mable Ruth (Marshall) Chalker.

A Celebration of Life Service will be 2 PM, Sunday, October 9, 2022, at Cloverdale United Methodist Church.

In addition to this parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, three sisters, and a son.

A.D. was a loving husband and a wonderful person.

Survivors include his loving wife of 54 years, Mamie Nell Chalker, son, Chuck (Carol) Bass, five grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren, along with several nephews, nieces, and loving family members.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Cloverdale UMC, 102 Rollins Ave, Dothan, AL 36301.
